Marin Catholic's strength and conditioning program implements the correct balance of weightlifting, core training, speed training, agility training, plyometric training, footwork, conditioning and flexibility. This allows each athlete to fully improve their athletic ability along with significantly decreasing the chance of injury.
Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Jeremy Lawson designs and implements the training programs for all Marin Catholic athletes. Jeremy Lawson's prior strength and conditioning coaching experience has been on the collegiate level at Cal, UCLA and San Jose State. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. A certified Weightlifting Club Coach through USA Weightlifting and received his Masters Degree in Kinesiology from San Jose State.
